Addendum: The Addendum is a compulsory document that you must go with to the orientation camp, it contains a space for you to sign and this will be submitted in the orientation camp. The addendum can be gotten from your NYSC registration dashboard, it is the first popup message that appears when you login your NYSC dashboard.
Passports: A recent passport is highly recommended, you can go with as many copies as possible, a minimum of 10 copies.
School Certificate: This is prove of you been certified and a graduate of your supposed institution. The school certificate contains your name, Grade you graduated with, course of study, Graduation date. You are expected to report to the orientation camp with the original copy of this document, you can also make several copies of it, but the original will be checked during your NYSC orientation registration.
Ensure that the name, graduation date and tally with the ones you used during your NYSC registration, else you can be sent home.
School ID Card: The school ID card contains your name, passport, year you were admitted, year of graduation and some other important information, you will be expected to present your school id card during your NYSC orientation registration.
Medical Fitness Report: The NYSC orientation camp which is considered to have rigorous activities. Medical fitness report is expected to be presented during registration, you can get medical fitness report from your institution, or a recognized hospital.
IT Report (For HND Graduates): The IT report is only expected from HND graduates, this is a prove that your engaged in your six months compulsory IT exercise.
